The controller decides alone or jointly with others on the purposes and means of processing personal data.

2. Data collected when visiting this site

When you visit clausa.de, the hosting provider's server logs technically necessary information that your browser transmits:

• URL of the requested page
• Date and time of the request
• Bytes transferred
• Referrer URL (if available)
• User-agent (browser, OS)
• IP address (anonymized after 7 days)

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a stable website). Storage period: 7 days, then anonymized aggregation.

3. Waitlist sign-up

When you sign up for the Clausa waitlist, we process the following data:

• Email address (mandatory) — for one confirmation email and a launch announcement.
• Industry preference (optional) — to prioritize relevant pilot invitations (real estate / HR / both / other).
• Company / firm name (optional) — to assess fit for our pilot program.
• Locale (de/en) — to send the email in the right language.

Additionally, we store a SHA-256 hash of your email address for deduplication, so we don't add you twice.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) and Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (your consent, granted by submitting the form). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

Storage period: Until product launch and active pilot onboarding (max. 24 months from sign-up). Earlier deletion at your request via info@econlab-ai.de.

This pre-launch site does not use tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary preferences (such as the chosen language) may be stored locally in your browser. No consent banner is required because no consent-bound technologies are used (§ 25 (2) TTDSG).
