Waitlist participation terms
Clausa is currently in the pre-launch phase. By joining the waitlist you express interest in being considered for the pilot program. The terms below govern this non-binding interest expression — they do not constitute a contract for the use of Clausa.

1. Scope
These terms apply between you and EconLab ("we", "us") for the use of the waitlist sign-up at clausa.de.
2. Pre-launch concept page
clausa.de in its current form is a concept page describing a planned product. No software service is operated, no contract for the use of Clausa is concluded, and no fees are charged.
Statements about features, vertical coverage, hosting, security, or pricing reflect our current planning. Functional scope and timing may change without notice.
3. Sign-up and consequences
By submitting the waitlist form you consent to the storage and processing of the data described in our privacy policy for the purpose of being notified about the launch and being considered for the pilot program.
A waitlist entry does not entitle you to access Clausa, to a pilot seat, or to any specific pricing or terms.
4. Pilot selection
We select pilot partners at our discretion based on industry fit, organisational maturity, and product strategy. There is no legal claim to participation. Pilot conditions (scope, terms, pricing) are agreed individually in writing.
5. No legal advice
Content on this site about German law (e.g., references to BGB, BAG, BRAO) is informational only and does not constitute legal advice within the meaning of the Legal Services Act (RDG).
6. Withdrawal and removal
You can withdraw your sign-up and request deletion of your data at any time, without giving reasons, by emailing info@econlab-ai.de.
7. Liability
We assume liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence as well as for the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). For slight negligence, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of agreement. Liability under the Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG) and for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a merchant within the meaning of § 14 BGB, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of EconLab.
9. Severability
Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
